Numa, a Silicon Valley startup supported by Google’s Gradient Ventures, DFJ, and Costanoa Ventures, is transforming communication in car dealerships. We're seeking a Customer Success Intern to join our growing team and play a key role in the onboarding process for our clients.

As a Customer Success Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas, including onboarding, support, and customer success. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work within different verticals of our business, giving you a well-rounded understanding of the automotive industry. You’ll contribute to the overall success of our clients and company while developing strong communication and problem-solving skills.


 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup of new accounts, ensuring clients are properly onboarded and equipped to use our products and services.
  • Shadow customer meetings to observe and learn best practices in client communication and relationship management.
  • Contribute to creative solutions that address client needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Help respond to support tickets by providing timely and effective assistance to clients facing challenges.
  • Assist with debugging bugs to ensure smooth operation of our products and services.
  • Help develop strategic success plans aimed at achieving long-term customer goals and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a major upcoming project within the Customer Success team, providing valuable support in planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Gain experience in the automotive industry and other business verticals by supporting various customer success initiatives.


 

Qualifications:

  • Currently a junior or senior pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools (a plus).
  • Eager to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Automotive experience (a plus).
  • Available for up to 30 hours per week with access to a laptop, cellphone, and Wi-Fi.
  • Self-starter, with prior internship experience preferred.
