Overview
TILL, Inc. is offering paid summer internships to teens and young adults thanks to a partnership with the Urban Youth Collaborative, an initiative of the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (MA DDS). The program's goal is to introduce teens and young adults - ages 18-24 - to the wide range of career paths in human services.
Program Details
- The summer program starts in late May/early June and includes part-time and full-time positions.
- Candidates must be 18-24 years old and be willing to commit to a 10-week summer internship.
- Hourly pay of $21
- No experience is required, but candidates should be interested in exploring the career of human services and embracing our agency’s mission of supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Human Resources - Summer Internship
TILL, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support daily HR operations while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced professional environment. This internship provides an opportunity to learn core human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support.
The HR Intern will work closely with the HR team to assist with organizational initiatives, maintain employee records, and contribute to projects that enhance workplace culture and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in developing a career in Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment efforts including candidate screening and interview scheduling
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring confidentiality
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, reporting, scanning, and data entry
- Support compliance with company policies and HR procedures
- Participate in HR projects as assigned
