Careers in Government, Policy and Non-Profits is excited to host a local spring quarter trek to Springfield, IL!

This day-long trek will be an opportunity to meet with government, policy and non-profit employers in Springfield such as the Illinois House of Representatives, Illinois Treasurer's Office and the Illinois Governor's Office. 

The trek will be an excellent opportunity to:

  • Meet officials and alums with long time careers in these organizations.
  • Learn about careers related to policy and government 
  • Jumpstart your networking for internship and full-time opportunities

COSTS

Costs Covered By Career Advancement

  • Hotel and breakfast
  • Transportation between site visits in Springfield
  • Transportation to and from campus

TRAVEL INFORMATION

  • We anticipate leaving around 5 PM on Thursday, May 7th and returning around 8 PM on Friday, May 8th.
