A growing, relationship-driven professional services team is adding a Client Relationship Manager to support long-term client partnerships and help ensure a consistent, thoughtful experience across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong professional relationships, staying organized across multiple priorities, and working closely with leadership to help teams and clients stay connected and moving forward. It’s a great opportunity for someone with four to six years of experience who is ready to take the next step into a role with meaningful ownership and long-term growth potential.

What you’ll do

  • Support ongoing relationships with established clients and help ensure a consistent, high-quality experience
  • Assist with renewal timelines, follow-ups, and communication coordination
  • Serve as a reliable point of connection between clients and internal team members
  • Help leadership stay aligned on priorities, commitments, and next steps
  • Coordinate details that help keep projects, conversations, and client interactions moving smoothly
  • Contribute to the long-term strength and continuity of client partnerships
  • Participate in professional development toward insurance licensing (supported by the organization)

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has approximately 4–6 years of professional experience in a relationship-focused, client-facing, or coordination-heavy role
  • Communicates clearly and professionally
  • Is highly organized and dependable
  • Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting shared goals
  • Takes ownership of follow-through and details
  • Is comfortable working directly with leadership
  • Is interested in obtaining insurance licensing as part of their professional growth

Backgrounds that often align well include client services, recruiting/account coordination, hospitality leadership, operations support, or similar relationship-driven environments.
