Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, energetic students and recent graduates to join our Neighborhood Knockers Field Prospecting Team.

Field Prospecting Representatives engage homeowners in targeted neighborhoods to introduce our services, identify needs, and schedule qualified appointments for our estimating team.
This is not a cold-call call center position — this is professional, in-person business development in a team-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
-Canvass pre-selected residential neighborhoods
-Introduce The Gutter Brothers Exteriors services to homeowners
-Identify property needs and schedule appointments
-Track daily metrics and performance
-Represent the company professionally in the field
-Participate in structured sales and communication training
