About the Role
As an intern, you’ll work on real projects that explore how AI can improve marketing, streamline operations, and enhance client experience while also learning how businesses protect themselves from risk. You’ll sit in meetings, see how companies make decisions, and learn how to help them avoid costly mistakes before they happen. This isn’t just about insurance; it is about understanding how businesses stay up and running, grow, and handle challenges. If you are curious about how AI can be used in a business setting and want to create real word solutions, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
AI & Innovation Projects
- Research and evaluate AI tools that can improve agency workflows, marketing, and client engagement
- Assist in implementing AI-driven solutions to automate repetitive tasks and increase efficiency
- Help build and document scalable processes using AI and automation tools
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for innovation across departments
Marketing & Content Development
- Support the creation of marketing materials using AI tools (email campaigns, social media, client communications)
- Assist in brainstorming and executing creative growth initiatives
- Help analyze performance and optimize campaigns using data and insights
Agency Operations & Cross-Department Exposure
- Rotate through different departments (sales, service, operations, marketing) to understand how the agency operates
- Support team members with projects that improve internal processes and client experience
- Gain insight into how technology supports business growth in a professional setting
Client & Sales Exposure
- Shadow client and prospect meetings to observe relationship-building and sales strategies
- Learn how leads are generated and managed within an insurance agency
- Assist with outreach efforts (such as initial prospecting or lead qualification), with all clients advising handled by licensed professionals

Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Business, Technology, Sales Marketing, or related field preferred)
- Curious about AI and excited to explore how it can be applied in real-world business settings
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
