Entry Level Financial Services Representative
Financial Services Representative (1099 – Flexible, Training Provided)
A flexible, people‑focused role for students who want real skills and real experience.
If you’re looking for something beyond the usual campus jobs — something that actually builds your confidence, communication skills, and financial literacy — this is a great fit. Most students start part‑time and build around school, work, or internships.
What You’ll Do
- Learn practical financial concepts you can use in your own life
- Meet with families to understand their goals
- Connect clients with licensed professionals on our team
- Build communication, leadership, and client‑service skills
- Grow at your own pace with mentorship and support
- No experience needed — we train you from the ground up.
Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor role with commission‑based compensation. You choose your schedule and how much you want to take on.
Clear, Upfront Onboarding Cost
To begin training, there is a one‑time $124 requirement, which covers:
- $99 mandatory federal/state background check
- $25 platform access (includes your exam prep materials)
Why this matters: You only cover the background check and platform access — we cover the expensive part. Once those items are completed, your state exam fee and your licensing fee are fully paid for, which saves you money and gets you licensed faster.
What You Get
- Exam prep materials included
- Flexible scheduling
- Remote work options
- Mentorship and team support
- Resume‑boosting experience in finance, communication, and leadership
- A supportive environment where you can grow at your own pace
