Head of Content Marketing
Hi, my name is Gabriel and I'm the CEO of Y/n.
Y/n is an app where you can create, share, and play interactive stories. For example, you can play a boarding school transfer student and get the boys to fall in love with you, or figure out a jailbreak with Sherlock Holmes. Your choices change the story and how characters feel about you (oops!) — so no two playthroughs are the same (but you can rewind).
A few facts about Y/n:
- On average, users spend almost 4 hours a day in the app.
- We just raised $14M from top VCs.
- We only launched 8 months ago and are a team of 3 people.
- We work with Hollywood screenwriters to train our AIs for great storytelling.
This month we hit #4 books app in the US App Store. We're looking for a Head of Content Marketing to bring us to #1.
Our Head of Content Marketing would be the face of our marketing: shooting videos, managing our ads, and recruiting/managing creators.
What we expect from you:
- You've made a video that hit at least 100k views, or grown an account past 10k followers.
- You get fandom, read romance & fanfiction... or both!
- You're great at cold email and closing deals creators.
Practical requirements:
- You're based in (or willing to relocate to) San Francisco or Los Angeles.
- This is a full-time role (though we could be open to part-time if you're still in school!).
