Director of First Impressions – Job Description

Location: Sunset Hills, Missouri

Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week

Compensation: $15–$18 per hour (depending on experience)

Start Date: May 2026

Position Overview

The Director of First Impressions plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for clients while supporting the advisory team with administrative and organizational tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Welcome and greet clients and visitors warmly
  • Maintain an organized reception area
  • Record notes from client conversations in the CRM system
  • Maintain compliant client files
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Prepare outgoing correspondence
  • Assist with copying, scanning, and document preparation
  • Confirm client appointments
  • Assist with managing advisor calendars
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Assist with team meetings and notes
