Point O’Pines Camp for Girls is a traditional 7-week all-girls sleepaway camp in the Adirondacks, NY, and is seeking a Theater Musical Lead for Summer 2026.

This is a wonderful opportunity for music directors, vocal coaches, music education majors, and performers to gain leadership experience while making a meaningful impact on young people. At Point O’Pines, our theater program encourages creativity, confidence, and collaboration, culminating in performances that showcase campers’ hard work and talent.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the musical direction for camp productions and theater performances
• Teach songs, harmonies, and musical numbers to campers of varying ages and experience levels
• Provide vocal coaching in both group rehearsals and small group/one-on-one settings
• Collaborate with the Theater Director on show selection, rehearsals, and overall production vision
• Help campers build stage presence, confidence, and performance skills
• Support rehearsals with organization, preparation, and positive leadership
