Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role plays a key part in growing the company’s digital presence through data-driven campaigns across multiple platforms.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google, social media, email, and SEO
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.)
  • Create and oversee content for websites, landing pages, social media, and email marketing
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights
  • Improve website traffic and conversion rates through SEO and CRO (conversion rate optimization) strategies
  • Manage company social media accounts, including posting, engagement, and growth strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, underwriting, and CSR teams) to align marketing with business goals
  • Generate leads and support customer acquisition strategies
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or similar role
  • Experience with Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and email campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or professional services industry
  • Bilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus depending on market needs
  • Knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of website management (WordPress or similar)

 

 

Work Environment & Expectations

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week)
  • Primary work location: Flushing office
  • Occasional travel required to Brooklyn office for meetings, collaboration, and campaign coordination
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
