Pino Insurance Group is an Insurance Agency specializing in Medicare, Life Insurance, Long-Term Care, and retirement income. 

***We are looking to also expand our team outside of CT as we are licensed in various other states***

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Agent based in Branford, CT. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying client needs, advising on suitable insurance products, and providing personalized policies to meet those needs. Daily responsibilities include client consultations, policy reviews, sales and servicing of insurance products, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships and staying updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide the best solutions.

Qualifications

-Strong sales and communication skills, including the ability to build trust and maintain clients
-Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
-Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management software tools
-Ability to work independently, while also contributing to a team-oriented environment
