The full time Lead Teacher Preschool provides classroom leadership to ensure a quality experience to a group of children and their families in accordance with Department of Early Education and Care regulations (EEC), National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) standards as well as MetroWest YMCA philosophy, policies, and practices. Competitive pay and benefits! Pay $22.00 - $28.00 per hour based upon role, experience, language's spoken, and degree!
Qualifications:
EEC Preschool Lead Teacher certification required
Must be able to fluently communicate verbally and in writing in English
At least 2-3 years of EEC licensed early childhood experience working with diverse populations is preferred
Ability to speak and/or understand Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
