About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Junior Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Medford, OR. This is a hands-on, in-person role built for someone who is eager to learn the craft of field marketing, build meaningful customer relationships, and grow into a leadership position.

You will work directly alongside experienced marketing professionals, represent our clients in the field, and contribute to live campaigns from day one. This is a face-to-face, field-based marketing position — no remote or hybrid option is available.

What you'll do

• Represent Trueglory Solutions and our clients in face-to-face, community-based marketing campaigns
• Engage directly with customers and prospects to communicate brand messaging and value
• Collaborate with team members daily to execute marketing initiatives and hit campaign goals
• Support senior marketing staff with campaign planning, execution, and reporting
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and community partners
• Participate in structured training sessions covering marketing strategy, communication, and leadership
• Track and document campaign activity and customer interactions accurately
• Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously improve campaign performance

What we're looking for

• A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field — or equivalent experience
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence engaging with people in person
• Experience collaborating in team environments, whether academic, professional, or extracurricular
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and follow through on responsibilities
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Open to all experience levels — prior marketing experience is a plus, not a requirement

Work location

This is a fully in-person, field-based position in Medford, OR. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate prior to their start date. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available for this role.
