Americaneagle.com is seeking a motivated HR & Recruiting Intern to support our Human Resources Team. This opportunity is ideal for a junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruiting, sourcing, and HR operations within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with various stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Help review resumes and support initial candidate outreach and communication
• Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
• Support candidate experience by maintaining communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process
• Help maintain confidential employee records, filing systems, and HR documentation
• Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding processes
• Help prepare and distribute new employee welcome packets and mailings
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
• Assist with new employee setup, including preparing and distributing welcome packets and swag bags with onboarding materials, as well as restocking supplies as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Current junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Positive, proactive attitude with a desire to learn in a fast-paced setting

Nice to Have

• Previous internship, campus involvement, or customer-facing experience
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or other recruiting tools
• Interest in the tech or digital space
