Role Overview
The Made-to-Measure (M2M) Intern will support the retail team in delivering a personalized customer experience. This role is ideal for students interested in retail, client services, and custom apparel.

Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation and support of made-to-measure appointments
- Help coordinate communication with tailoring partners
- Track garment orders, shipping, and delivery timelines
- Support customer follow-up and communication
- Maintain organization of fabrics, swatches, and materials
- Assist with general retail operations and customer service
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program (Retail, Fashion, Business, or related field preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to learn in a hands-on retail environment
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
- Interest in tailoring, styling, or client services
- Previous retail or customer service experience
