Account Representative
We are seeking a motivated Account Representative to join our growing team. This role combines customer service and sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers while also identifying opportunities to grow their income through performance.

This position offers base salary plus uncapped commission, allowing you to directly increase your income as you develop your skills and build client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with policy questions, changes, and coverage reviews
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upgrade coverage
- Generate quotes for auto, home, and other insurance products
- Follow up with prospects and leads
- Support retention by delivering excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to build relationships and ask thoughtful questions
- Organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Insurance license preferred but not required
