Position Overview
Detail-oriented individual to support our advisory team in delivering an exceptional client experience. Excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or career changer seeking to build a long-term career in the field of financial advice and wealth management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare and process account applications
- Assist with trades and account transactions
- Prepare client meeting materials and documentation
- Print and organize client meeting preparation packets
- Attend client meetings with advisors and assist with follow-ups
- Assist advisors with client service requests
- Maintain organized client records and documentation
- Support administrative and operational projects as needed
- Make and take client phone calls as needed to provide service
Schedule & Flexibility
Typical hours are Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. However, schedules will vary depending on client needs. The role will require occasional overtime, evening availability, and travel with advisors.
Licensing & Development
Industry licenses are not required to start. Candidates will be expected to study for and obtain Series 7 and Series 63/65/66, Life & Health Insurance licenses over time. Truevine Wealth Partners will cover exam costs and study materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Professional dress, appearance, and demeanor when working with clients
Compensation & Growth
