As a Field Marketing Representative at Tightseal Exteriors, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact in local neighborhoods—starting conversations and offering free, no-obligation quotes to homeowners. You’ll learn how to communicate professionally, handle rejection, build confidence, and develop the kind of people skills that translate into any career (business, marketing, sales, management, entrepreneurship).

What You’ll Do
- Work in local neighborhoods speaking with homeowners (B2C)
- Share a simple message: Tightseal offers free, no-pressure exterior inspections/quotes
- Set appointments for our project specialists (you’re not closing sales on the spot)
- Track daily activity and goals with your team lead
- Attend team training and skill-building sessions (communication, leadership, goal setting)

Schedule
