Enson Market is seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Pittsburgh. This is an in-person role ideal for candidates who are bilingual in Chinese and English and interested in growing within a retail management environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
• Supervise staff and support team development
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help manage inventory, stocking, and merchandising
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with policies
• Support scheduling and operational planning

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Chinese and English (Preferred)
• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
