HR Summer Intern – JEA (Paid • Summer 2026)

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Will not include housing allowance)
Hours: 32/week • 13 weeks (May–August)

JEA is seeking motivated students for our 2026 Summer Internship. This paid opportunity offers hands‑on experience in key HR functions while you build professional skills and connect with industry mentors.

What You’ll Do

• Potentially support projects in compensation, talent acquisition, or learning and development
• Bring solutions to HR initiatives that impact the business
• Gain exposure to legitimate HR operations and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a degree in:
  • Human Resources / Business Administration
  • Psychology
  • Communications
• 3.0 GPA or higher (transcript required)
• Ability to work 32 hours/week between May and August
