Cold Calling Specialist
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Lead Generation Specialists. In this role, you will connect with small businesses (primarily real estate professionals, developers, and property managers) and introduce a modern interactive marketing tool designed to help them present properties more effectively and generate more interest.
Your primary goal is to identify qualified prospects and schedule short calls for our closing team.
This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role with strong earning potential and growth opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to small businesses and professionals
- Identify decision-makers and introduce our service
- Qualify leads based on interest and business needs
- Schedule appointments for product demonstrations
- Send follow-up emails after conversations
- Maintain accurate notes and tracking for leads
DAILY EXPECTATIONS
- Book at least 3 qualified appointments per day
- Make outbound calls consistently (typically 100–150/day as needed)
- Follow up with contacted leads via email
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication skills (clear, confident speaking)
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to work independently
PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)
- Interest in business, sales, or marketing
- Experience in customer service, sales, or outreach
- Familiarity with real estate or small businesses
