Crisis Intervention Specialist

Conduct crisis intervention assessments and assist in stabilization planning  

Provide transportation services for clients as needed  

Coordinate referrals and follow-up services across internal and external providers  

Collaborate with IOP and PHP teams to support client treatment plans  

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Medicaid NV Chapter 400  

Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training  

Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all client interactions  

Provide basic skills training and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) services  

Collaborate with community partners to connect clients with available resources
