DDI Consulting, Inc. is seeking motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Management Trainees. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a long-term career in sales, marketing, and leadership.

We’ve found that candidates with experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service thrive in this role due to their ability to communicate effectively, adapt quickly, and deliver strong customer experiences in fast-paced environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent well-known brands in retail and event-based environments
• Engage directly with customers to promote products and services
• Learn how to drive sales, meet performance goals, and track results
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a positive experience
• Work closely with a team to support daily campaigns and operations

 Training & Development:
As a Sales Management Trainee, you’ll receive hands-on, paid training focused on:

• Sales and customer acquisition strategies
• Brand representation and marketing fundamentals
• Communication, leadership, and team development skills

Our “learn by doing” approach prepares you to take on additional responsibilities, including training new team members and supporting team leadership efforts as you grow.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduates or candidates with 0–3 years of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and motivated mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Background in customer-facing roles is a plus
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
