Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business, product, and technology — someone who understands problems deeply and helps teams build the right solutions.

What You’ll Work On

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for product and engineering teams

Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement

Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver solutions

Track and report on key business metrics and performance indicators

Support decision-making with structured analysis and insights

Participate in product planning, feature discussions, and roadmap alignment

Ensure solutions meet business requirements and user expectations

Document workflows, use cases, and business processes

What We’re Looking For

2–5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar roles

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to understand and document business requirements clearly

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience working with product and engineering teams

Familiarity with tools like Excel, Jira, Confluence, or similar

Understanding of business processes and workflows

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience in SaaS or technology-driven companies

Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies

Exposure to product management or UX workflows

Understanding of AI or data-driven products
