About the Role
POW Marketing is seeking motivated graduates and early-career professionals for a full-time Management Trainee position. This role is designed for individuals interested in building a career in leadership, marketing, sales, and business operations.
You’ll gain hands-on experience, structured training, and direct mentorship while working on active campaigns and client accounts. This is an entry-level opportunity with a clear path to advancement into leadership roles.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with marketing and customer acquisition campaigns
- Learn and apply sales and business development strategies
- Support client account management and growth initiatives
- Track performance metrics and campaign results
- Participate in leadership and professional development training
- Work closely with team leaders and contribute to daily operations
- Present sales presentations and discuss product benefits
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in leadership, sales, or management
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Able to work full-time on-site in Dallas, TX
- No prior experience required (training provided)
