Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive digital growth through data-backed paid media and performance campaigns. This role combines strategic thinking and hands-on execution across Paid Social, Paid Search, and SEO/SEM channels. You will manage ad budgets, optimize campaign performance, and collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and cross-functional teams to generate and nurture high-quality leads.

 

The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative — someone who can use data insights to refine campaigns while also contributing to content strategy and conversion optimization.

 

Responsibilities:

Paid Media Management & Optimization

  • Plan, design, and execute paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to achieve performance targets.
  • Oversee campaign setup, keyword strategy, ad copy, bid and budget management, and continuous optimization.
  • Conduct A/B and split testing (including third-party tools) to improve ROI and conversion rates.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, providing monthly reports with actionable insights.

 

SEO, SEM & Analytics

  • Work with the marketing team and external partners to ensure technical SEO and SEM best practices are implemented.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven improvements.
  • Develop strategies to increase organic reach and reduce cost per acquisition.

 

Content & Conversion Strategy

  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ads and landing pages align with the brand voice and messaging.
  • Provide feedback on visual and video creatives, ensuring high engagement and conversion potential.
  • Support localized campaigns with bilingual marketing materials (English and Chinese).

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales and Business Development teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Present campaign insights and performance updates to management and contribute to broader marketing strategy discussions.

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media or growth marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and analytics.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong project management and collaboration skills.
