Speech Pathologist - Clinical Fellow
Small Talk Therapeutics is a values-driven, therapist-owned practice committed to neurodiversity-affirming, child-led, and strength-based care. In this role, you’ll work primarily with children ages 3–5, supporting communication through connection and play. We prioritize clinician well-being just as much as client care. You’ll be part of a team that values accessibility, kindness, and open-mindedness. This role is structured around a 181-day service calendar, meaning you’ll enjoy the equivalent of ~3 months off per year, built into the schedule across holidays, school breaks, and lighter service periods, while still maintaining a year-round, full-time position.

Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF) or holds CCC-SLP
- Pennsylvania state licensure (or eligibility for provisional licenses)
- Reliable transportation for community-based services
- Ability to complete clear, timely documentation
Compensation & Growth:
- Salaried and W2 (for clinical fellows)
- $70,000 + bonus/stipend
- $500 stipend to order materials (iPad, therapy supplies, AAC apps)
- Once you complete 80% of your fellowship, you will receive $10/session on top of your salary (~9months, addition $3500-4000)
