Position Title: Graduate Student Data Analyst

Job Description:

Support the Community Justice Advocate (CJA) Program’s data collection and analysis efforts for program evaluation. The Graduate Student Data Analyst will primarily work with the CJA Program Coordinator and will also collaborate with the TCI Executive Director and affiliated TCI faculty and staff.

Primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining organized database structures that support statistical analysis, and working with the CJA Program Coordinator to ensure front-end data collection instruments are accessible and effective. The position will also provide general support in data analysis methods.

Applicants must demonstrate strong technical aptitude, proficiency in Airtable and SPSS, and the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
