Campus Operations Representative | Student Store It (Spring 2026)

Student Store It provides pickup, secure summer storage, and fall delivery services for college students. We simplify the move-out process by handling everything from pickup to return, making storage easy for students and families.

We are hiring Campus Operations Representatives to support our operations during the spring move-out season.

Compensation

• Base pay ($18 hourly)
• Commission

Job Overview

This is a Spring 2026 campus-based role.

The Campus Operations Representative plays a critical role in driving awareness, generating orders, and supporting on-campus operations.

This role combines sales, marketing, and logistics execution, giving you real startup experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote Student Store It services across campus
• Conduct outreach to students and convert interest into bookings
• Support and execute on-campus marketing (flyers, events, partnerships)
• Build relationships with student organizations, residence halls, and campus groups
• Assist students with booking and answering questions
• Coordinate and support pickup operations during move-out
• Label, track, and manage student items during pickup
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution
• Help ensure every student on campus is aware of Student Store It

Position Requirements

• Must be a current college student ( Freshman, Sophomore and Junior)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and reliable
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with both marketing and operational tasks
• Willing to participate in physically active work during pickup periods
