About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated LPN to provide direct patient care in a supportive, team-based clinic environment. This is a full-time, day-shift position where you will play a critical role in patient care, medication management, and clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare exam rooms, assist providers, and perform procedures as needed
- Room patients, administer injections/vaccinations, perform POC tests, and collect blood via venipuncture
- Manage prescription refills, pre-authorizations, and controlled substance agreements
- Conduct phone triage, schedule appointments, and support patient communication
- Maintain clinic inventory, documentation, and participate in quality measures
- Support colleagues during high-volume periods or staff absences
Qualifications
Required:
- Current Colorado LPN license
- Minimum 6 months clinical LPN experience
Preferred:
- Spanish-speaking

- EMR and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong multitasking and active listening
- Professional phone etiquette and effective communication
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based care model
Health & Compliance Requirements
Candidates must be current or willing to obtain: TDAP, MMR, Varicella, Hep B, Flu Shot, TB Screening, COVID vaccination
