Sales Representative

Join Empire Elite Marketing, a sales and business consulting firm, as a Sales Representative representing AT&T across Corona’s busiest retail hubs. The Sales Representative will guide customers through simple account updates, support daily sales goals, and help them explore the newest cell phones and mobile devices in a friendly, in‑store setting.

As a Sales Representative, you’ll deliver personalized in-store sales conversations that make mobile technology easy to understand. The Sales Representative will participate in structured training focused on sales communication, retail etiquette, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Representative

  • Greet customers in-store with a friendly attitude, listening to their needs and recommending AT&T mobile plans and devices. 
  • Showcase smartphones and wireless devices, highlighting features that drive sales and fit each customer’s lifestyle.
  • Guide customers through upgrades and trade-ins, closing sales by making the process simple and stress-free.
  • Handle activations and account setup, ensuring every sale is completed smoothly. 
  • Encourage bundled deals and multi-line discounts, boosting household sales and customer savings.
  • Keep the store inviting and organized, creating an environment that supports strong sales results.

Minimum Qualifications of the Sales Representative

  • High school diploma or GED preferred. 
  • Experience working with people in sales, retail, or customer support would help but its not required.
  • Good at talking face-to-face and explaining AT&T phones and plans in simple words.
  • Able to stay on top of daily sales tasks and activations.
  • Want to grow into bigger sales roles with AT&T.
