Lifestyle Coordinator
About the Role
We are a property management company looking for a driven, creative, and outgoing intern to help us grow our brand presence and bring our community to life through events and partnerships. This is a ground-level opportunity to make a real impact — you'll be out in the community building relationships, helping plan and execute events at our properties, and creating content that showcases who we are.
Responsibilities
Events Planning & Execution
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events hosted at our properties
- Confirm supplies, materials, and logistics ahead of each event
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth event execution
- Attend select events to support on-the-ground setup and operations
Community & Partnership Outreach
- Proactively visit local businesses to introduce our brand and build mutually beneficial partnerships
- Identify sponsorship and co-hosting opportunities with local organizations and businesses
- Serve as a brand ambassador in the community, representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm
Brand & Social Media
- Create engaging content (photo, video, reels, stories) for our social media platforms
- Help develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar
- Capture behind-the-scenes and event content at our properties
- Photograph resident events to document community moments and create shareable content
- Stay current on social media trends to keep our brand voice fresh and relevant
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in (or a recent graduate of) a program in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching and building relationships with local businesses and vendors
- Creative eye for photo and video content
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends for select events
- Access to reliable transportation (required for local outreach)
