Marketing Intern

Our prestigious nonprofit, https://ChangingThePresent.org, offers outstanding Marketing internships.
 

What you’ll do:
• Help grow our programs by driving measurable acquisition, activation, and retention across donors, students, nonprofits, and partners.
• Support campaign planning and execution across channels (web, email, social,
community, partnerships), with clear goals, audiences, and calls-to-action.
• Improve conversion through better messaging, landing pages, funnels, and user journeys; turn insights into shipped changes, not just ideas.
• Assist with content marketing: value propositions, program pages, newsletters, partner kits, and stories that make the mission tangible.
• Build and manage outreach systems: segmented lists, sequences, follow-ups, and lightweight automation that scales without spamming.
• Help run experiments: define hypotheses, set success metrics, launch tests, read results, and iterate quickly.
• Track performance and report learnings: what we tried, what happened, what to do next, and what to stop doing.
• Work in a professional workflow: teams, shared tools, Kanban tickets, clear deliverables, and regular mentor check-ins.


Project tracks (you’ll be placed into 1 or more tracks):
• Growth Marketing (funnels, conversion, lifecycle, retention, testing)
• Performance & Campaigns (campaign planning, channel execution, reporting, optimization)
• Content & Messaging (positioning, copy, storytelling, landing pages, content systems)
• Partnerships & Distribution (co-marketing, affiliates, campus and community
distribution, partner toolkits)
• Social & Community Growth (LinkedIn + social strategy, content calendars, community engagement loops)
• Marketing Ops & Automation (systems, tagging/segmentation, reporting, process design, operational scale)
