Traveling Child Clinician (Talk Therapy, Salary, Full Benefits, Hiring Incentives)

Job description:

 

Clarity Process Behavioral Consultants, LLC seeks NJ Licensed Traveling Child Clinician (LSW/LCSW, LAC/LPC, MFT/LMFT) to provide in-home psychotherapy or intensive in-community services ( IIC ). CPBC is currently seeking providers to serve the Ocean, Somerset, Warren, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Morris, and Sussex counties in NJ. Qualified, licensed therapists will work as full-time (40 hours per week) employees, providing children (ages 3 - 21) with intensive in-community psychotherapy (talk therapy) and therapeutic services in the most convenient in-community setting for the family being served (in the youth's home). Therapist will be expected to carry a regular careload of up to 15 youth (30 – 31 hrs. of session time rendered weekly). Evening and weekend availability to render sessions required.

 

Qualifications Desired:

 

  • All candidates must reside in the NJ county they are hired to serve
  • All candidates must hold a valid professional license in good standing in the state of New Jersey
  • All candidates must provide proof of a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and car insurance
  • All candidates must provide proof of independently maintaining active professional liability insurance

 

General Job Duty Expectations:

 

  • Carry a regular careload of up to 15 youth (30-31 hours/week of session time)
  • Participate in biweekly group clinical supervision  
  • Complete weekly treatment notes within 72 hours of service delivery date
  • Complete/Update quarterly treatment plans according to service delivery needs 
  • Complete all digital clinical documentation (encounter forms, intake forms)  
  • Attend all CSOC-required professional development workshops or certification courses
  • Complete licensure CEU requirements, and send completed certifications to the Clinical Coordinator 
  • IIC Clinicians may be required to complete other duties as needed
