Liberty Systems is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Marketing team and become a key partner for our Sales Engineers. This is a rare entry-level opportunity to learn the craft of B2B consultative selling, marketing tactics and study the art of the deal firsthand — from people who've been closing complex sales for decades.
You will sit on the Marketing team (reporting to the Marketing Director). Your day-to-day will be spent arming our sales peers with tools, content, and resources they need to win. You will be the key player empowering and accelerating our Sales Engineers to grow their books of business. This position is located Onsite at our headquarters in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities:
Partner closely with our commercial team to understand their needs and deliver timely, on-brand content and marketing support.
Develop and maintain sales collateral: presentations, one-pagers, product sheets, and proposal templates using Canva, PowerPoint, and related tools - ensuring materials are current and aligned with messaging.
Support business development efforts by attracting and nurturing prospects, tracking their engagement and reporting on lead progression from awareness to consideration.
Assist with event planning, trade show logistics, and preparation of booth and presentation materials.
Manage sales enablement content libraries.
Support CRM data hygiene and reporting tasks within Microsoft Dynamics (RapidStart CRM).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications (May 2024 or 2025 graduates welcome).
Genuine passion for sales, marketing, and B2B business – you want to learn how opportunities are influenced and won.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time (trade shows, customer visits, partner events).
Fluency in Spanish is a major plus and strongly encouraged to apply.
