Junior Estimator for Building Restoration and Preservation Projects

JOB SUMMARY:
Junior Estimator will prepare bid proposals for prospective and active projects and will be responsible for preparing for bid interviews, having marketing materials on hand, and being prepared to answer questions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will review pricing with estimators for all proposals and for any additional work change orders for active projects
- Will give presentations and respond to questions at bid interviews
- Will draft scope of work descriptions for leak investigation and roof repair proposals

Candidate Qualifications:
- Introductory estimating and communication skills
- Professional experience in construction and knowledgeable about facade and roof restorations welcome, but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or other related field preferred
