Call Center Specialist

ABOUT THE JOB: The Call Center Specialist handles calls from both new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests. Using knowledge of our products or services as well as great customer service skills to address issues, provide support and offer information to keep customers satisfied and retain their business.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Set hours will be 9a-6p Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday work from 8a-5p. Training will be Mon-Fri 8a-5p.

  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Ability to professionally interact with clients on the phone.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Comply with established departmental policies, procedures, objectives, and quality assurance methods.
  • Will be the liaison between the customer and the other staff of Guy Roofing.
  • Proactively work with clients to understand their current requests or issues.
  • Serve customers by providing product and service information.
  • Comfortable handling customer questions and complaints.
  • Responds to client phone calls in a timely manner, resolves client questions, and provide professional and personalized customer service.
  • Directs calls to appropriate department.
  • Assist in areas outside traditional role, as needed or assigned.
  • Respond to telephone and electronic communications.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • MS Office
  • Good communication skills and professional personal presentation
  • Must possess problem solving approach
  • Organizing, planning, and customer service oriented
  • Great attention to detail and stress tolerance
