Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving brand awareness, generating demand, and supporting sales through strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role oversees day-to-day execution and brings consistency, creativity, and analytical rigor to all marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Marketing Director
- Translate high level marketing strategy into actionable project plans.
- Manage day today execution of campaigns and deliverables.
- Maintain shared calendars, timelines, and reporting dashboards.
- Provide regular updates, recommendations, and performance insights.
Brand & Creative Execution
- Uphold and support the Guy Roofing brand identity across all residential and commercial messaging.
- Assist in developing creative assets: social content, print materials, video content, billboard messaging, landing pages, and email templates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure consistent brand voice and visual standards.
Campaign Management
- Help deploy campaigns across digital, social, email, radio, OTT/TV, and billboards.
- Support media placements by coordinating schedules, trafficking assets, and monitoring results.
- Work with the Marketing Director to maintain a monthly and annual content calendar.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Update website and landing page content for roofing, siding, windows, and gutter campaigns.
- Support SEO initiatives by optimizing page content, improving onsite structure, and collaborating on keyword strategy.
- Write and edit content for blogs, landing pages, and educational resources that support organic search growth and customer engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for the Marketing Director and leadership team.
- Support segmentation and email marketing initiatives inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Sales Enablement & Internal Support
- Create and organize marketing materials for both residential and commercial sales teams.
- Assist in tradeshow logistics, lead capture processes, and post event reporting.
- Help maintain marketing assets, photography libraries, testimonial content, and brand files.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 25 years of experience in marketing, ideally in home services or construction
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to write clear, compelling copy for ads, emails, and social media.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (Google Ads, social ads, SEO, analytics).
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus, but not required.
