Responsibilities
- Assist the HR department with daily initiatives and administrative support
- Source candidates, review resumes, and schedule interviews for open positions
- Research industry-specific labor laws and compliance updates relevant to the business
- Assist with onboarding documentation and employee record management
- Support HR team with recruitment tracking and candidate communication
- Help maintain employee files and assist with HR reporting or data entry tasks
- Perform general administrative duties to support HR operations
Skills Needed
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge or interest in HR practices and employee relations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Prior experience in an office environment preferred
