Business Development Intern (Part-Time)

This internship supports strategic partnerships, CRM management, vendor coordination, and growth initiatives across multiple Fearless concepts. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working with minimal oversight.

 

Skills / Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Comfortable analyzing data and generating reports

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Professional written and verbal communication skills

Interest in relationship-building and partnership development

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Suite

Self-starter with a high level of accountability

Available 15 to 20 hours per week during the summer

 

Responsibilities

Maintain and manage CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy

Support vendor and strategic partnership coordination

Assist with outreach and relationship management initiatives

Analyze marketing campaign performance and generate reporting insights

Support buying and operational coordination projects

Provide administrative and project support to leadership as needed

 

This position offers consistent exposure and working relationships with high-level executive leadership and strategic decision-making. It is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in business development, operations, and growth strategy within a dynamic hospitality group.
