Job Title: Real Estate & Property Management Intern (Tech & AI Focus)

Location: Remote (properties are in Ohio and Kentucky)

We manage residential and/or commercial properties and are looking to bring on a motivated intern who is excited to help improve and innovate our business.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy intern to support our real estate and property management operations. This role is ideal for someone interested in business operations, real estate, and applying AI tools to improve workflows, marketing, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day property management tasks using AppFolio
• Update and improve company website (content, layout, SEO basics)
• Help streamline internal business processes and operations
• Research and implement AI tools to improve productivity (marketing, communication, automation, etc.)
• Support marketing efforts, including listings, email campaigns, and social media
• Analyze workflows and suggest improvements for efficiency and growth
• Assist with tenant and owner communications as needed

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university program (Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred)
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn AppFolio or similar property management software
• Strong interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms) and applying them in a business setting
• Basic website editing experience 
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

• Experience with real estate or property management
• Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO
• Familiarity with automation tools 
• Basic data analysis or reporting skills

Duration & Compensation:

• Immediate Start
