II. Job Summary:The candidate will be a key player in the successful execution of construction projects, focusing on overall project coordination, financial budget, and any project-related reports and records. 
    

 

III. Job Functions and Duties

Representative Duties

1

Responsible for overall project coordination and supervision;

2

Responsible for overall project coordination;

3

Responsible for creating, managing, and tracking project organizational structure and progress, and managing the project documents and coordinating with other departments;

4

Responsible for preparing engineering budget and final account statements;

5

Responsible for monitoring/verifying budget, actual project costs and final account statements;

6

Responsible for approving progress invoices after review/approve by requesting department;

7

Responsible for organizing project team meetings and prepare any project-related reports and records;

8

Other duties as assigned & handling emergencies;

9

IⅤ. Qualification

Job Requirements

Language

Bilingual Proficiency: English and Mandarin.
  - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
 -A high level of proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.

Experience

1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Proficient in the use of AutoCAD. 

Education

BS Degree: Prefer College STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) Majors

Physical Condition

•Required to sit, stoop, reach, bend, stand, walk, lift, pull, push, grasp, talk, hear, see, and lift up to 27 pounds.
 •20/40 vision in each eye, with or without correction is required;
 •Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures;
 •Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket or apron, and arm guards);
 •Adaptive to high stress and fast-paced environment;
 •All candidates receiving an offer of employment must successfully complete a background check band any other tests that may be required

Other Requirements

Proficient in the use of Microsoft sofeware, such as PPT, Excel,Oracle /SAP / PLEX or similar. Travel from 10% to 40%

Techinical Proficiency: Automotive glass manufacturing equipment techical knowledge;

Team Work: Excellent ability to collaborate and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams;

Attitude: Strong sense of project ownership with hands-on and can-do attitude and self-starter are essential;

Continuous Learning: Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

V. Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
