Internship Overview
We’re looking for high-performing, competitive students graduating in December 2026 to join us for a Summer 2026 Sales Internship.
This is not a typical internship, you’ll be doing the actual job.
You’ll be on the front lines of startup growth, running real outbound campaigns, speaking with real prospects, and learning how elite sales teams operate.
Top performers will receive a full-time offer to join OneThirtyFive after graduation. We had 2 December 2025 grads join us through the internship to hire program.
What You’ll Do
- Execute high-volume cold calling campaigns (this is ~90% of the role)
- Research and identify target prospects for high-growth startups
- Learn and apply outbound sales frameworks and messaging strategies
- Participate in daily sales training, call reviews, and strategy sessions
- Work directly with leadership on improving campaigns and performance
- Gain exposure to AI-driven sales tools and modern outbound systems
- Collaborate with a competitive, high-performance team in-office
