Remote Enrollment Support Specialist
Gold Coast Legacy LLC is hiring for a fully remote opportunity supporting members and families who have requested information about available benefit options. This role is well suited for students, recent graduates, early-career professionals and alumni who want to build strong communication skills, remote work experience, and professional confidence in a guided environment.
What you’ll do
- Meet with members in scheduled virtual conversations
- Answer general questions about available benefit options
- Help guide a simple online enrollment process
- Maintain accurate follow-up and professional communication
- Work within a structured workflow with clear next steps
