Large Model Algorithm Engineer(Intern)

Job Responsibilities:
Follow the latest advancements in the field of large models, including tracking recent algorithms in areas such as LLM, VLM, VLA, Speech LLM, Reasoning, Diffusion LLM, and Agentic LLM. Explore the implementation of these models in practical scenarios and standardize industry best practices.
Responsible for researching and gaining insights into large model evaluation systems and data construction methods, and establishing capabilities for the automated evaluation of large models, agents, and reasoning.
Responsible for tasks including pre-training, continued pre-training, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, data curation, and inference optimization for large models.
Track industry and competitor developments, conduct horizontal analysis of AI-related features from competitors, and drive model capability optimization and competitiveness enhancement.
 

Job Requirements:
Majors in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Electronic Information, or related fields.
Strong academic background in Large Language Models (LLMs) and the ability to read academic literature. Experience in relevant competitions or publications is a plus.
Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, C, C++, or Java. Familiarity with at least one deep learning framework and a solid programming foundation.
Preferred Qualifications: Publications in top-tier international conferences or academic journals, awards in high-level competitions, or relevant internship experience. Understanding and practical experience in Reinforcement Learning, Multimodal models, or Reasoning models. 
Working language is Chinese. 
Candidates who can intern for 6 months or more are preferred.
