The Outreach Specialist will be responsible for agency partnership development, social media, securing sponsorships, event management and administrative functions including but not limited to tracking funding and expenses . The successful candidate will possess high functioning skills in excel and sales, have excellent networking & communications skills and attention to detail. The Outreach Specialist must work well independently, be deadline driven with outstanding multitasking abilities.

Required Competencies: Strategic thinker with excellent writing and time management skills; Experience with sales, social media, communication and presentation skills, creativity, flexibility and a strong customer/constituent service ethic.

A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance. Willingness and ability to use own car for agency business With mileage reimbursement. Must pass a background check. Must be able to use internet, fax, phone, computer, and other office equipment.

Education and Experience: Degree in Business, Communication, or related field desired with a minimum of two year’s work experience preferred. Must be available to work some evening and occasional weekend hours as needed.
