TV/Film Production Wellness Intern – Creative & Operations Support
The Production Wellness House (TPWH) is seeking motivated, detail-oriented interns to support our mission of bridging mental health and the entertainment industry. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment at the intersection of media, wellness, and social impact.
Interns will contribute to both creative and operational initiatives, gaining real-world experience while supporting ongoing productions and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics tracking
Support video production and editing for digital content and promotional materials
Design graphics and visual assets using tools such as Canva
Help maintain and update website content and digital platforms
Organize and manage Google Drive systems, documents, and forms
Conduct research on industry trends, partnerships, and outreach opportunities
Maintain and update contact databases and internal tracking systems
Support internal communications and assist with written content (captions, blogs, newsletters, etc.)
Participate in 1–2 weekly virtual team meetings with leadership and contribute updates
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Experience or interest in social media marketing, graphic design, video production/editing
Strong organizational and executive functioning skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms)
Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, and basic content creation tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills (journalism or storytelling experience is a plus)
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment
Interest in mental health, wellness, and/or the entertainment industry
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Basic website editing (e.g., Wix, Squarespace, WordPress)
Analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ConvertKit)
Project management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion)
Event planning or virtual event coordination experience
