About the Role
Dot The i Creative is looking for a Social Media Content Creation / Strategy Specialist to help plan, create, and manage social media content for a variety of client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who can balance creative thinking with day-to-day execution, bringing strong content instincts, strategic input, and organized follow-through.
This person will support content strategy, content planning, copywriting, coordination of creative assets, and platform management across industries. We are looking for someone who understands how to create content that fits each brand, connects with the right audience, and supports measurable marketing goals.
What You’ll Do
- Develop social media content strategies tailored to each client’s goals, audience, and brand voice
- Build and manage content calendars across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as needed
- Write captions, campaign messaging, and content prompts that align with client objectives
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and account managers to turn ideas into polished content
- Review client brands, competitors, and industry trends to identify content opportunities
- Help plan photo/video content days and organize content needs in advance
- Monitor content performance and recommend adjustments based on engagement, reach, and campaign goals
- Support community engagement and platform best practices when needed
- Maintain organized workflows inside project management tools and keep deadlines moving
- Contribute ideas that improve consistency, efficiency, and overall content quality across accounts
What We’re Looking For
- Experience creating and managing social media content for brands or clients
- Strong understanding of content strategy, audience targeting, and platform-specific best practices
- Ability to write clear, engaging, on-brand copy for different industries and audiences
- Confidence working across multiple accounts and balancing deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience collaborating with creative teams and managing feedback cycles
- Familiarity with content planning tools, scheduling platforms, and reporting metrics
- Ability to think both strategically and practically
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in an agency setting
- Basic understanding of paid social campaigns and how organic content supports larger marketing goals
- Experience coordinating photo/video shoots or content production days
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Cloud Campaign, or similar platforms
- Basic design sense and ability to guide creative direction
