Investment Associate – Telecom Infrastructure & REPE Strategy
The Mission Imperial Prestige is an Asset Optimization Firm, not a telecommunications provider. We execute Institutional Equity Recovery for owners of high-density real estate (REITs, Family Offices, and Global Developers).
Currently, owners of High-Rise Condominiums, Luxury Resorts, and 50-state MDU Portfolios are leaking millions in asset valuation. By allowing legacy ISPs to operate "Retail" models, owners effectively gift 100% of the profit margin to the provider.
We invert this model. We help owners recapture that margin, secure six-figure capital injections, and drive 11%+ lifts in Net Operating Income (NOI). We are seeking an Associate-level professional with a "Principal Mindset" to lead the governance and execution of these forensic audits.
The Full Cycle Mandate You will manage the lifecycle of an equity recovery project through the following stages:
Forensic Intake & Audit: Analyze existing ISP contracts and property P&Ls to pinpoint "revenue leakage."
Broker of Record (BOR) Designation: Secure legal authority to represent the property’s "digital real estate," preventing providers from bypassing the ownership.
Valuation Modeling (The "Delta"): Build Pro-Forma models showing the impact of "Bulk Managed" connectivity on the building's Cap Rate and Terminal Value.
The Bidding War: Act as the owner’s fiduciary to trigger competitive bidding between national fiber providers, negotiating the highest Right of Entry (ROE) payments.
Closing & Monetization: Finalize execution, triggering the ROE payout for the owner and the success-based participation for the firm.

Class A Multi-Family: High-rise and luxury residential portfolios.
Student Housing: High-density assets where connectivity is a mission-critical utility.
Hospitality: Transitioning Wi-Fi from an OpEx drag to a profitable Guest Tech System.
The Ideal Candidate
The Quantitative Edge: You can navigate a spreadsheet, understand WACC/DCF, and spot "leakage" in a complex ledger.
Institutional Presence: You are comfortable presenting $5M+ valuation lift models to COOs, REIT Principals, and Board Presidents.
The Network: You possess the "Hunter" discipline to identify and navigate C-Suite relationships within the real estate industry.
The Principal Mindset: You want to be paid on the Alpha you create. You are looking for a role with a draw against high-percentage participation (10% front-end / 10% back-end).
Compensation & Upside This role offers a Performance-Based Participation structure designed for high-achievers. Because we execute institutional-scale valuation lifts, the success fees are significant. You are paid for the value you recover, not the hours you clock.
